  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.

  • All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS).

  • Shipping services offered will vary depending on the package size and weight, and the chosen option during checkout.

  • Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.

3. Shipping Times:

  • Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

  • Estimated shipping times are typically 5-10 days within the continental United States.

  • Shipping times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as USPS delays, weather conditions, or holidays.

  • Processing time for orders is 2-5 business days before shipment.

4. Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order within the United States.

  • Shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout process.

5. Shipping Damage:

  • We take precautions to package our products securely to minimize shipping damage.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please follow the steps outlined in our Refund Policy:

    • Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order.

    • Provide clear images of the damaged packaging and the damaged product.

    • We will review your claim and determine if a refund or replacement is warranted.

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by the USPS after delivery. However we will assist in any claim that you wish to file with the carrier.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information:

  • If you provide incorrect shipping information, you may be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred.

  • We are not responsible for orders that are lost or delayed due to incorrect shipping information.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the USPS immediately to file a claim.

  • We will assist you in any way we can, but we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been delivered by the USPS.

  • You can track your order through the USPS website.1
